I’m looking for a skilled Sous Chef who enjoys working in a team as well as nice busy service, you’ll need comfortable cooking a cracking plate of food with the freshest locally sourced ingredients.
You’ll be working in cahoots with the Head Chef on menu development as well as the training and growth of junior members of the kitchen.
A couple of years’ experience in a pub/restaurant at sous chef level is essential, some creative flair would be lovely, and a calm personality is a must!
