You'll be working for a business that continues to lead the hospitality sector, has heaps of opportunities and who are looking for the best. Your pay will be at the top end for the role, with a basic up to £35,000.00. Add to this some fantastic tips and bonusses you'll be looking at a total package in the region of £40,000.00. Skills you must exhibit during the interview process are..... - Ability to manage a large kitchen team. - Understand the balance between seasonal and non seasonal business. - Deliver great controls. - Understand food, a wide variety of cookery techniques and trends. - Cook to a consistently high standard at all times. - Recruit, train and develop your teams.
