This venue will be open in early spring, You will need to research, visit and experience other venues prior to opening, help develop the structure, ethos and food offering, Ensure paperwork is ready for opening and maintained once open, Help recruit your team and set out your stall. £28K Basic Salary– reviewed annually
Guaranteed £5K tronc in the first year
Annual bonus worth up to 10% of salary based on company sales, profit, and goals
