We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen. The menu consists of pub classics, with a focus on using fresh locally sourced ingredients. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious chef who is keen to progress and develop their skills. You will be working with the Head Chef on all menu development as well as taking an active role in mentoring and training the junior members of the kitchen team. Person -
