We’re on the hunt for a confident sous chef with heaps of experience in a high volume, fresh food environment to join this well-established hotel 


You’ll work alongside an experienced senior team to create and execute elevated, exciting dishes using fantastic produce. It's all about leading from the front on the stoves whilst helping and supporting your team to be the best! 


Please note this location is rural so you will need your own transport
