We’re on the hunt for a talented sous chef for this exceptionally popular city centre hot spot.

An absolute staple of the Norwich pub scene, this venue smashes out incredible classic dishes using lovely locally sourced fresh produce.

As Sous chef you will be enthusiastic, experienced and take pride in what you do. You’ll be responsible for assisting the head chef with team leadership as well as developing a great menu. What you’ll be doing as a Sous Chef:

  • Preparing high quality food for customers quickly and efficiently

  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards

  • Assisting Head Chef in running of kitchen

  • Coaching and mentoring Chefs and KPs

  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

For you?

  • £28'000 - £30’000 Basic salary

  • £3,000.00 - £4,000.00 tips per year!
