Sous Chef, Special Events, £35'000, Suffolk

Bread Hospitality are working with a stunning wedding and events venue to recruit a friendly and enthusiastic Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and team with special events year-round. This beautiful venue hosts home to picturesque views across the Suffolk countryside.


The successful candidate will have experience of high end volume events, will have excellent time management skills and have the ability and passion to see every dish out to the highest of standards.

If you’re a chef that doesn’t want to be stuck cooking a ’la carte services and prefers a hassle free style of high end cooking, this ones for you.


The Perks :-

  • £35k Per Annum

  • Events cooking

  • 48 hr pro rata

  • Work life balance

The Job –

  • Ensure all food production is carried out to the highest of standards.

  • Working to time and meeting deadlines for prompt service.

  • Assist the Head Chef to deliver the highest quality of service across the board.

  • Cooking in volume.

Due to the location of this establishment, you will need to be able to drive.
