BREAD is delighted to be working with one of Norfolk’s premier brewers and pub owners. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a team in reopening a business after an extensive refurbishment.
We are now seeking a dedicated sous chef to support the Head Chef in all aspects of running a kitchen in a pub that is at the heart of the community. The menu will focus on fresh, local ingredients on a menu that will be pub classics and a specials board with a hearty feel.
The role will see you work in tandem with the head chef to execute exceptional service, everyday and develop a small team.
Person -
You will be a current sous chef or a senior chef looking for the next challenge at the a higher.
You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.
Have a real passion for the food in a local pub restaurant environment.
Leadership and mentorship personality.
