Bread Hospitality are working with this prestigious new hotel and restaurant offering set to open its doors for the first time in June this year. The hotel is independently owned and has undergone a multimillion-pound refurbishment over the last 2 years. We are looking to recruit a personable and experienced Events Co-ordinator to support the Sales Manager & the Business Development Manager in the smooth running of the conference and events department and to generate revenue for all areas of the business.
As Events Co-ordinator, you should have a warm, personable nature, a can-do attitude, and an exceptional eye for detail. You will be confident, enjoy client relationship building and have clear planning and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken are an essential with a minimum 2 years’ experience required.
The Responsibilities –
Being the point of contact for wedding and event clients and answering any queries they might have.
Ensuring customer needs are effectively communicated and delivered.
You will use your keen eye for detail to help maximise revenue.
Operating the sales computer system to maximise occupancy and rates.
Producing accurate, detailed function sheets
Collating client information to assist in the planning stages of an event.
Delivering show-rounds to potential Wedding & Events Clients working around their schedule and to the highest standards
Handling telephone enquiries
